Positioned as the most powerful version in the IS lineup, this special edition is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine (2UR-GSE), delivering a truly classic driving experience. At a time when electric vehicles are taking over the market, this might be one of the last chances to enjoy a high-displacement, fuel-powered IS.

Thanks to its larger-displacement naturally aspirated V8, the IS 500 Climax Edition not only leads in raw power but also offers a uniquely smooth and linear power delivery that sets it apart.
