[PCauto] On August 26, 2025, the Tochigi Plant in Japan witnessed the roll-off ceremony of the final Nissan R35 GT-R, marking the official conclusion of this legendary sports car’s 18-year production cycle.
This final model, a Premium edition T-Spec version in Midnight Purple paint, will be delivered to a local owner in Japan.

Since its debut in 2007, the Nissan R35 GT-R has become a symbol of Japanese performance cars, with a global production total of approximately 48,000 units.
Powered by the VR38DETT twin-turbocharged V6 engine, its output increased from the initial 480 horsepower to 600 horsepower in the later NISMO versions, showcasing Nissan’s continuous advancements in powertrain technology.
All engines were handcrafted by “Takumi” masters at the Yokohama Plant and were affixed with a signature plaque.
